*The inn is currently conducting contactless check In/out which means your room key will be in an envelope at the front desk of the Yankee Clipper building with directions to your room and a welcome letter that explains our current policies and procedures regarding breakfast, wifi passwords, and housekeeping. Please take a moment to read this letter as it has important information regarding your stay!
*Check Out time is 11am sharp! We are unable to offer any late checkouts due to enhanced cleaning protocols. Additional room fees may be posted to your account in the amount of $100 per hour for late check-outs after 11:00 A.M.
*All guest rooms rates charged are based on double occupancy. Any guest over the age of 7 is considered a paying guest and will be charged $25 additional per day. All guests must be declared at time of reservation and are added into the total guests for that particular room. For example, if a room holds 3 guests that can be a combination of 3 adults, 2 adults and one child of any age or 1 adult and 2 children of any age. Children age 2 and under are free and are not included in guest counts.
*A deposit for the first night's stay is taken upon reservation if the stay is 15 days or more from arrival. If your reservation is booked within the 14 days of arrival, the full amount will be charged to the credit card and the reservation will be non-cancellable and non-refundable! Your balance if booked outside of 15 days before arrival will be charged within 5 days of arrival to the credit card on file. We do, however, reserve the right to process your reservation balance using the credit card on file at any time within the 14 day cancellation policy period as described below.
*14 Day Cancellation Policy:
A refund of your deposit minus a $50.00 service charge will be made if your cancellation notice is received by phone call only at least 14 days by phone call only. prior to your reservation arrival date. If cancelled inside the 14 day cancellation period, you will forfeit your deposit which if booked inside 14 days of arrival will be the full charge for the stay. THE INN ONLY ACCEPTS CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS OF RESERVAATIONS BY PHONE CALL ONLY! PLEASE DON'T ATTEMPT TO MAKE CHANGES TO ANY RESERVATION BY EMAIL!
*The Yankee Clipper Inn will charge the full stay rates if guests fails to cancel and doesn't arrive, arrives after the reserved date or departs before the final date of a guaranteed reservation!
*Each of the Inn's buildings have limited parking in front for one guest vehicle with Bulfinch parking also available to Quarterdeck guests. Overflow and day visitors may park at an additional parking lot North of the the Bulfinch House. Please do not park on the street or in our neighbor's driveways. See the posted parking information on the front desk at check in for further information. Please understand that we do not pay or reimburse for parking tickets or towing fees.
*Each of our 3 buildings are equipped with a guest refrigerator with ice and microwave for use by all guests of that building. The Inn doesn't have individual fridges or microwaves for guest use.
*We are a non-smoking facility. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on our property, patio/balconies, or grounds. Smoking at the Inn carries a $250 cleaning fee.
*Sorry, we cannot accept pets.
*The Inn offers a full hot breakfast included with your stay. Please make us aware of any allergies you might have (food or otherwise) so we can make special arrangements if necessary.
*We are pleased to mail personal items left behind after your departure. Kindly understand that we will bill your credit card on file for any shipping and handling charges as well as a packing fee.
